Hiroko Imaeda

As CHRO of YCP Holdings, Hiroko oversees the group’s overall HR strategy. In her early career, she spent seven years at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs in equities business before transitioning into HR, where she built over 13 years of leadership experience at global financial institutions and beyond. She led strategic HR initiatives at Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley PB, Goldman Sachs, and Point72, before serving as Head of Talent & Organizational Development at SmartNews and later as HR Director at Bain Capital, driving strategic people initiatives and organizational growth.
